Ingredients:

1-12″ Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crust® (any variety)
5 oz. Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crusts® Pizza Sauce
1/8 C Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crusts® Garlic Spread
8 oz. Fresh Mozzarella Cheese – Sliced
1 tsp Fresh Basil Leaves

Method:

Brush the edges of the crust with Garlic Spread and then layer Pizza Sauce over entire crust. Top with slices of Mozzarella Cheese and Fresh Basil Leaves. Sprinkle Pizza & Stromboli Seasoning over entire pizza. Bake until done.

Fresh Mozzarella and Herbs

Ingredients:

1-12″ Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crust® (any variety)
1/2 cup Olive Oil
6 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
1- 2 cups Drained Whole Plum Tomatoes – chopped
1/8 C Fresh Basil Leaves
1/4 C Grated Parmesan
1 tsp Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crust® Pizza & Stromboli Seasoning

Method:

Brush crust with olive oil, then evenly cover with the mozzarella cheese. Cover the cheese with thinly sliced tomatoes, then sprinkle with Fresh Basil, Parmesan Cheese, and Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crust® Pizza & Stromboli Seasoning. Drizzle evenly with Olive Oil. Bake until done.

California

Ingredients:

1-12″ Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crusts® Focaccia Flatbread
1/8 C Olive Oil
6 oz. Goat Cheese
1/2 C Red Bell Pepper – Sliced Thin
1 medium Avocado
1/8 C Shredded Basil
2 Tbsp Chipotle Mayo

Method:

Brush Crust with Olive Oil. Dot the Goat Cheese over the pizza and top with sliced Red Bell Pepper and Shredded Basil. While the pizza is baking, cut the Avocado into chunks. Once the pizza is done baking, place the Avocado on top and drizzle with Chipotle Mayo.

Hawaiian

Ingredients:

1-12″ Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crust® (any variety)
5 oz. Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crust® Pizza Sauce
1/8 C Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crust® Garlic Spread
6 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 C Canadian Bacon or Ham – Sliced Thin or Chopped
1/2 C Pineapple Chunks
1/4 C Red Onion – Sliced Thin

Method:

Brush the edges of the crust with Garlic Spread and then layer Pizza Sauce over the entire crust. Top with Mozzarella Cheese, Canadian Bacon, Pineapple Chunks and Red Onion. Sprinkle Pizza & Stromboli Seasoning over entire pizza. Bake until done.

Pear, Brie, & Bacon

Ingredients:

1-12″ Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crusts® Herbed Flatbread
1/8 C Olive Oil
4 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
2 oz. Brie Cheese – Sliced Thin
1/2 Pear – Sliced Thin
1/4 C Bacon Pieces
3 oz. Arugula
2 Tbsp Balsamic Glaze

Method:

Brush Crust with Olive Oil, Top with Mozzarella Cheese, Brie Cheese, Pear Slices and Bacon. Once the Flatbread is done baking, top with Arugula and drizzle with Balsamic Glaze.

Classic Pepperoni

Ingredients:

Method:

Ingredients:

1/8 C Olive Oil
3 Cloves Roasted Garlic
16 oz. Cremini Mushrooms
6 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
1 C Ricotta Cheese
1 tsp Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crusts® Pizza & Stromboli Seasoning

Method:

Saute Chopped Roasted Garlic and Cremini Mushrooms. Brush Crust with Olive Oil. Top with Mozzarella Cheese, Ricotta Cheese, Sauteed Mushrooms and Garlic. Sprinkle with Pizza & Stromboli Seasoning. Bake until done.

Chevre, Sun-dried Tomatoes, and Roasted Garlic

Ingredients:

1-12” Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crusts® (Any Variety)
½ C Olive Oil
5 Cloves of Roasted Garlic
6 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
4 oz. Crumbled Chevre Cheese
6 Sundried Tomatoes – Chopped
1/8 C Minced Parsley
1/8 C Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Tsp Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crusts® Pizza & Stromboli Seasoning

Method:

Brush Crust with Olive Oil, then top with Mozzarella Cheese and Chevre Cheese. Sprinkle with Garlic, Tomatoes, Parsley, Parmesan, and Pizza & Stromboli Seasoning. Salt and Pepper to taste. Drizzle with Olive Oil. Bake until done.

Barbecued Chicken

Ingredients:

1-12” Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crusts® (Any Variety)
1/8 C Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crusts® Garlic Spread
1 ½ C Chicken Breast Pieces
16 oz. BBQ Sauce
4 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
4 oz. Gouda Cheese
½ C Red Onion – Sliced Thin
1/8 C Chopped Fresh Cilantro
1 Tsp Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crusts® Pizza & Stromboli Seasoning

Method:

Combine the chicken and 8 oz. BBQ sauce in a bowl and marinate in the refrigerator. Then bake until tender. Brush the edges of the crust with Garlic Spread and then layer BBQ Sauce over the entire crust. Top with Mozzarella Cheese and Gouda Cheese. Arrange the Chicken and Red onion on top. Sprinkle Pizza & Stromboli Seasoning over entire pizza. After baking, top with chopped fresh Cilantro.

Philly Cheese Steak

Ingredients:

1-12” Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crusts® (Any Variety)
1/8 C Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crusts® Garlic Spread
4 oz. White Cheddar Cheese Sauce
4 oz. Philly Steak, cooked and pulled apart
6 oz. Onion and Mushroom mix, sautéed in Olive Oil
4 oz. Shredded Swiss Cheese
1 Tsp Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crusts® Pizza & Stromboli Seasoning

Method:

Brush the edges of the crust with Garlic Spread and then spread White Cheddar Cheese Sauce on crust. Top with Philly Steak, onion/mushroom mix and shredded Swiss cheese. Sprinkle Pizza & Stromboli Seasoning over entire pizza. Bake until done.

Spicy Thai Peanut Chicken

Ingredients:

1-12” Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crusts® (Any Variety)
4 oz. Thai Peanut Sauce
8 oz. Chicken Breast, seasoned with garlic, baked and chopped
4 oz. Shredded Fontina Cheese
4 oz. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
3 Green Onions – Thinly Sliced
1 Medium Carrot, Julienned
¼ C Dry Roasted Peanuts
¼ C Chopped Fresh Cilantro
3 Tbsp. Peanut Oil

Method:

Brush Crust with Peanut Sauce, then top with Mozzarella Cheese and Fontina Cheese. Top with Chicken, Green Onions, Carrot, and Peanuts. Drizzle with Peanut Oil. After baking, sprinkle with Chopped Cilantro.

Bacon Cheeseburger

Ingredients:

1-12” Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crusts® (Any Variety)
1/8 C Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crusts® Garlic Spread
4 oz. Thousand Island Dressing
3 oz. Seasoned Beef
4 oz. Cheddar Cheese
2 oz. Bacon Pieces
Chopped Lettuce, Chopped Tomatoes and Dill Pickle Slices

Method:

Brush the edges of the crust with Garlic Spread and then spread Thousand Island Dressing over the crust. Top with Seasoned Beef, Bacon and Cheddar Cheese. After baking, top with chopped Lettuce, Tomatoes, and Dill Pickle Slices.

Reuben

Ingredients:

1-12” Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crusts® (Any Variety)
1/8 C Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crusts® Garlic Spread
¼ C Dijon Mustard
¼ C Heavy Cream
1 C Sauerkraut
3 oz. Sliced Dill Pickles
5 oz. Corned Beef – Sliced Thin
7 oz. Shredded Swiss Cheese

Method:

Stir together the Dijon Mustard and Heavy cream. Brush the edges of the crust with Garlic Spread and then spread with the mixture. Distribute Sauerkraut evenly over the sauce and scatter the pickles on top. Sprinkle ½ of the cheese evenly over the pizza. Drape the corned beef over the other ingredients and then distribute the remaining cheese over the top. Bake until done.

Taco

Ingredients:

1-12” Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crusts® (Any Variety)
1/8 C Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crusts® Garlic Spread
4 oz. Salsa or Taco Sauce
5 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
3 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
4 oz. Taco Meat
2 oz. crushed Taco Chips
3 oz. Chopped Tomatoes
3 oz. Shredded Lettuce

Method:

Brush the edges of the crust with Garlic Spread and then spread the Salsa or Taco Sauce over the entire crust. Top with Mozzarella Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, and Taco Meat. After baking, top with Lettuce, Tomatoes, and Taco Chips.

Garlic Cheese Dippers

Ingredients:

1-12” Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crusts® (Any Variety)
4 oz. Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crusts® Garlic Spread
8 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
1 tsp Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crusts® Pizza & Stromboli Seasoning
4 oz. Marinara Sauce for Dipping

Method:

Brush Garlic Spread over the crust. Spread Mozzarella Cheese over the top and sprinkle with Pizza & Stromboli Seasoning. Bake until done. Serve with Marinara Sauce.

Garlic Knots

Ingredients:

Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crusts® Dough Balls or Fresh Frozen
Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crusts® Garlic Spread
Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crusts® Pizza & Stromboli Seasoning

Method:

Thaw dough in the refrigerator overnight. Cut dough into 2 oz. pieces, roll them into 4”-5” ropes and tie them into knots. Place the knots on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and brush them generously with Garlic Spread and sprinkle on Pizza & Stromboli Seasoning. Cover and allow knots to rise in a warm place for about an hour. Bake them until they are lightly browned. After baking, brush lightly again with warm Garlic Spread.

Ranch BLT

Ingredients:

1-12″ Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crust® (any variety)
3 oz. Ranch Dressing
4 oz. Bacon Pieces
6 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
2 oz. Red Onion
1 Tomato, diced
4 oz. Romaine Lettuce

Method:

Spread Ranch dressing over crust. Top with cheese, bacon pieces, and onion. Bake until done. Sprinkle tomato and lettuce over pizza and serve.

Gyro

Ingredients:

1-12″ Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crust® (any variety)
4 oz. Ranch Dressing
4 oz. Gyro Flavored Beef
3 oz. Diced Tomatoes
2 oz. Diced Cucumbers
3 oz. Diced White Onions
Tzatziki Sauce, to taste

Method:

Spread ranch dressing over pizza crust. Top with Gyro flavored beef. Bake until done. Top with vegetables and sprinkle Tzatziki sauce over all ingredients.

Spicy Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients:

1-12″ Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crust® High Rise or Self Rise
5 oz. Queso Blanco Sauce
1-2 C Prepared Macaroni and Cheese
½ C Bacon Crumbles
4 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Hot Sauce to Taste

Method:

Spread Queso Blanco cheese sauce over the entire pizza Crust. Cover sauce with prepared macaroni and cheese. Add bacon crumbles over the macaroni and cheese and Bake until done. Sprinkle cheddar cheese and hot sauce over pizza before serving.

Pantry Pizza

Ingredients:

1-12” Baker’s Quality Pizza Crusts® (Any Variety)
5 oz. Crème Fraiche
6 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
½ C Pickles Jalapeno Slices
½ C Pickled Beet Slices
Honey to Taste

Method:

Spread Crème Fraiche over entire pizza crust. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce and add pickled jalapenos. Bake until done. Place pickled beet slices and drizzle honey over the pizza before serving.

Stuffed Crust

Ingredients:

1-12” Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crust® High Rise or Self Rise
4 String Cheese
1/8 C Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crust® Garlic Spread
5 oz. Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crust® Pizza Sauce
5 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
Toppings of your choice
1 tsp Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crust® Pizza & Stromboli Seasoning

Method:

Thaw Crust (covered until thawed). Cut string cheese in half lengthwise and into 1”-2” sections. Place string cheese pieces on pizza crust about 1” from the outside edge. Using your finger, wet the outside edge of the pizza crust with water or oil and fold over the string cheese pressing the wet edge into the dough on the inside to give it a nice seal. Brush Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crust® Garlic Spread on the crust rim and sauce the inside. Add shredded mozzarella and your favorite toppings and bake until done.

Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients:

1-12” Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crust® Any Variety
5 oz. Sausage Gravy
1-2 C Scrambled Eggs
5 oz. Cheddar Cheese
Other Toppings of your choice such as Peppers, Bacon, Etc.

Method:

Prepare sausage gravy and scrambled eggs ahead of time. Spread sausage gravy over Crust and spread the scrambled eggs over the top. Add shredded cheddar cheese and your favorite breakfast toppings and bake until done.

Deep Dish Pizza

Ingredients:

1 Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crust® Dough Ball
1/8 C Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crust® Garlic Spread
5 oz. Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crust® Pizza Sauce
5 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
Toppings of your choice
tsp Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crust® Pizza & Stromboli Seasoning

Method:

Thaw (covered) dough ball in the cooler for 24-48 hours. Remove from cooler and let proof (covered) at room temp until dough ball has risen double in size. Add about 1oz of vegetable oil to the bottom of a dark-colored pan. Cast iron pans work well. Place dough ball in the pan and carefully spread dough to outside edges being careful to leave the edge intact and untouched. Sauce the outside edge with Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crust® Garlic Spread and sauce the inside dough. Add shredded mozzarella and your favorite toppings and cook until done. The bottom of the pizza should be golden brown with a “fried” crunchy texture.

Rustic Pizza

Ingredients:

1 Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crust® Dough Ball
1/8 C Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crust® Garlic Spread
5 oz. Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crust® Pizza Sauce
5 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
Toppings of your choice
tsp Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crust® Pizza & Stromboli Seasoning

Method:

Thaw (covered) dough ball in the cooler for 24-48 hours. Remove from cooler and let proof (covered) at room temp until dough ball has risen double in size. Roll out or hand stretch the dough ball to the desired size and thickness and place it on a pan or screen. Sauce the outside edge with Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crust® Garlic Spread and sauce the inside dough. Add shredded mozzarella and your favorite toppings and cook until done. The crust should be golden brown and the toppings cooked.

Fresh Pesto and Vegetables

Ingredients:

1-12” Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crust® Any Variety
5 oz. Pesto Sauce
5 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
½ C Diced Tomatoes
½ C Sliced Onions
1 tsp Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crust® Pizza & Stromboli Seasoning

Method:

Spread pesto sauce over the entire crust and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese. Add diced tomatoes, sliced onions, and other favorite toppings and bake until crust is golden brown and toppings are done.
