The History of Baker's Quality®

At Baker’s Quality Pizza Crusts®, we believe that in order to serve great pizza It Starts with the Crust®. We have specialized in premium quality sheeted pizza crusts since 1997 but we have had our roots in the Milwaukee Pizza scene since the 1960s. We distribute our crusts nationwide and provide continuing onsite training and product support to our customers large and small. As a third-generation family-owned business we pride ourselves on being forward-thinking and nimble, allowing us to provide short run and custom products to our customers.

Our crusts are perfectly imperfect, and we like it that way! We strive to provide our customers with crusts that look like they were made in their own kitchen. We focus on high quality ingredients, clean labels, and consistent quality. Delivered frozen, our crusts are easy to use, reducing the labor required to prepare a pizza. Our FSMA program is reviewed regularly to ensure compliance and our state-of-the-art Manufacturing Facility is audited annually to maintain our AIB certification. In addition, our facility is Peanut and Tree nut free. The only Allergens in our facility are Wheat, Soy and Dairy.
