Ingredients

  • - 1-12″ Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crusts® Beer Crust (any variety)
  • - 1/8 C Olive Oil
  • - 3 Cloves Roasted Garlic
  • - 16 oz. Cremini Mushrooms
  • - 6 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
  • - 1 C Ricotta Cheese
  • - 1 tsp Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crusts® Pizza & Stromboli Seasoning

Instructions

  • 1. Saute Chopped Roasted Garlic and Cremini Mushrooms.
  • 2. Brush Crust with Olive Oil.
  • 3. Top with Mozzarella Cheese, Ricotta Cheese, Sauteed Mushrooms and Garlic.
  • 4. Sprinkle with Pizza & Stromboli Seasoning.
  • 5. Bake until done.
