Ingredients

  • - 1-12″ Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crusts® Herbed Flatbread
  • - 1/8 C Olive Oil
  • - 4 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
  • - 2 oz. Brie Cheese – Sliced Thin
  • - 1/2 Pear – Sliced Thin
  • - 1/4 C Bacon Pieces
  • - 3 oz. Arugula
  • - 2 Tbsp Balsamic Glaze

Instructions

  • 1. Brush Crust with Olive Oil.
  • 2. Top with Mozzarella Cheese, Brie Cheese, Pear Slices and Bacon.
  • 3. Once the Flatbread is done baking, top with Arugula and drizzle with Balsamic Glaze.
